Carrabbas
I have to
talk about Carrabbas. Lori and I were married in a historic church in
Altamonte Springs, and afterwards we held our reception at Carrabbas.

I had
been running a stand up comedy open mic night at a bar around the
corner, and one of the bartenders at Carrabbas was a local Bonkers Comic
so we felt comfortable there. Lori and I went to Carrabbas and
Broadway Pizza a lot when we were dating, or living together and trying
to get away from the kids. We often went to The Fresh Market
afterwards and we'll talk about both those last two places in a bit.

Carrabbas
is one of those places we go when we are wanting to guarantee a good
time and a good meal. I've been there a lot and have never had a bad
meal. Lately my wife has been taking me to their monthly wine pairing
and it is spectacular. You feel like a million dollars when your done.

There is
something about pairing a good wine with good food. It renews your
spirit and vitality. I met the General Manager at the first wine
pairing I attended and I must tell you, she knows what she is doing.
The Entrees at Carrabbas (whether you pair a wine with it or not) are
amazing. Good healthy food makes you feel good.

I had a
raspberry tasting wine with this dessert. It was heaven. I still
salivate when I think about how it tasted together. In fact, I have to
get a napkin right now.
Go to Carrabbas about once a month on a date with your spouse. It will make for a better marriage. I guarantee it.
